Their service communication is nonexistent. I have confirmed my service appointment at 8 am on 1/18/23. Dropped the car at the front, went inside and was ignored so waited patiently upstairs for my car to be serviced. I have checked on the status of the service in one hour to find out that I needed to "check in first with me" at the front desk. What a waste of time and lack of responsiveness. They always have excuses for delays. Their service is egregious.
