I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were cleaning my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable

Fairly Average Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.

Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? No, I was very disappointed How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? The worst I have seen Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? No, their staff isn't organized at all Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting
