They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. It seems to me that they really care about their clients. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I came during a Free Clinic they were offering on 3/8/14 and although they ran out of time and it was 6pm and I had been there since 7:30 am along with others - Dr. Wirick personally came out and talked to each of us and scheduled us appointments for early next week! Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? Yes! I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Not satisfied, but not unhappy Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? No, I didn't receive anything at all Do this dentist have a good professional reputation among other dentists? Somewhat, but they aren't very respected Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait quite a while

No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? No, but I was able to read a magazine Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Not really, they only lasted a couple of weeks Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Yes, I was very disappointed Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Somewhat, they could've used more help Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes

The staff was not friendly at all, They give me wrong information . Wasted my time and nothing was accomplished, I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed and I would not recommend them.
