it takes FOREVER to schedule an appointment or be able to reach them AT ALL it always says i’m at top of queue but never get my phone call answered.
Went to Raleigh Radiology on 11/7 and still no results. I would have gone to EmergeOrtho had I known. Won't be going back here again. 11/18 still no report. 11/19 still no report and can't give me a timeframe. Edit of review on 11/21- Quenita Todd, the Patient Relations Manager who replied to my review took my call and made sure my results were read that day. Used to use the office in Raleigh, but switched to the Knightdale office. No problem with the Raleigh office or staff. Switched to the Knightdale office because it was more convenient to me travel wise. Have never had any problems with using the Knightdale office. Staff there is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
On Saturday, November 1, 2025, my elderly mother had an MRI at this facility, and days later she is still shaken by the experience. Like many people, she struggles with claustrophobia and is also still recovering from a broken back. According to my mother, when she asked questions, the two attendees ignored her, and when she began to panic and scream, the procedure continued instead of being stopped to ensure her safety and dignity. I was able to schedule an appointment for my scan quickly. Good customer service from all staff I encountered. I appreciate there is a Knightdale office.
