Great experience at this location. From e check in to no check out the service was outstanding. The radiologist that performed my chest ct went above and beyond to give excellent care.
Staff is very nice and location was clean. No wait time, which was appreciated. However, I’m frustrated with the process of comparing my new mammogram with a previous out of state mammogram. The beginning of January I made an appointment with RR for a mammogram and gave them the previous provider information. 1/15 mammogram (they hadn’t received previous images yet). 1/23 called previous provider to send records. They told me after taking the MRI that the results would be sent to me after a week. That’s very late. All the other centers told me the results would be ready within two days. Why does it take a week at your place? If I had known this, I wouldn’t have booked an appointment with you.
it takes FOREVER to schedule an appointment or be able to reach them AT ALL it always says i’m at top of queue but never get my phone call answered.
