Surgeries and compassion were exceptional at first, but then our first weird moment was when one of the front office folks, Amy, who I used to teach at church when she was in high school, unprofessionally told Dr Lars I posted something online about him, not even naming him. (It was a bit sarcastic but obviously so.) He chided me for it and asked me to be careful what I posted, and my husband and I were both really thrown and bothered by it. RecommendedI cannot say enough great things about this place. Everyone there is absolutely wonderful. From the Xray techs, to the office staff, the nurse and the doctors. They seem to truly care about each patient. I have put off surgery for over a year and finally realized I had to do something. I'm so glad I did. These doctors gave me my life back. Thank you all so much. A special thanks to Dana Johnson, Dr. Tim Garner and his Secretary Michelle.

I’ve had several surgeries here for my complex spine and nerve issues, and they’ve been excellent. Dr Lars has always listened to me and explained things well, and each surgery has had the best outcomes it could.
Dr Lars and Dr Rich are amazing. Very thorough in diagnosis. Everyone in office are friendly and kind. For me before surgery they came in before 7 hr surgery. Seeing their faces and feeling confident in them meant everything. Now its just a memory that I will always be greatful for.

Waiting room times are unbelievable. After waiting over an hour I still hadn’t been called back. I couldnt stay any longer because I had to pick my children up from school. They offered to let me come back later on the same afternoon but told me not to be late because they wouldnt want Dr Garner left waiting on me. 🤣 can’t speak for the Drs care until I actually receive it.
