I was very pleased with the service we received. He was very quick and assured us that everything was good to go. Just a few replacement parts were needed for the door. It is working great again. We are just renting but I'm sure the landlords will be pleased with the service.

I called at 2:00PM because the garage door was making such a terrible noise, I thought it would" self-destruct " (it had been 10years since installation). It now works like a charm! And Terry instructed me on what to do and what not to do in the future. I'm very pleased.

Terry was the technician that provided the service on Friday 4/22/16. He had to realign the upper portion of the garage door. He did an excellent job,I would not hesitate to have them service our garage door in the future!!!

I was in a panic on Tuesday as I went to open the garage door and it opened a little so I pulled the cord and it came crashing down! I called another service and they couldn't come until the next day so I called Garage Door Services of Raleigh and talked to the staff and they said they would send someone out because I couldn't get out but that it would be awhile.
