I arrived in RDU at 11:30pm - rode shuttle bus to economy #4 lot - my truck wouldn't crank... I call customer service for help & within 30min I received a jump & I rolled out!!!���� wish I remembered the representative's name tho... Anyway Thank You
It's a beautiful airport from the gates in D concourse. People in shops seem real nice.. they stayed open for a little while longer due to delay of flights. Only one problem I had, the sales person forgot to pack a few items in my bag.

Met my daughter and her husband at American Airlines and was there for 1hr 5mins. We got charged 4$ for parking because we were 5 mins into the next hour. We don't carry a lot of cash and only had 3$ between the two of us. We had to leave that line and get in the credit card line. A bummer for sure to charge the full amount!!! For only 5 minutes.
