Clean easy to get around but more importantly EVERY announcement was CLEAR the person spoke slowly you could understand every announcement . At other airports the person talks so fast. It is loud and distorted 9 times out of 10 you are unable to understand what is being said. Well done
I frequent RDU when coming to NC! I'm in the Southwest terminal and have seen it go from drab to awesome! Very clean facility and friendly people! I like flying in to RDU,!
Very accommodating and friendly staff. However because of the distance from curbside to any gates I believe airports have fallen short in not providing movable "sidewalks".
Easy in and the TSA pre-check worked like a charm. Polite TSA agents and clean airport. Easy to navigate Everything closes early though, except for one bar/restaurant !
