Very nice professional employees..My first time there great experience..Will be returning in the near future.
RDU is one of the easiest airports to get in and out. The best part about my hometown airport is the customer service and experience. Aside from a occasional TSA detour it's always clean, fresh concepts to shop and great food. The one area of improvement is the arts program. Very little reflection of the diversity of the region and state. NC is rich in American Indian history.
The airport itself is nice, it's clean and well kept. The only negative is that the car rental areas (avis, budget, national, and Hertz) are consistently below par when it comes to service.
