The airport itself is very clean & nice; but the staff, in particular TSA are insufficiently trained causing significant delays. They create unnecessary inspections of baggage & do not allow travelers behind those being inspected to move forward.
Nice little airport. Easy to get to and around.

This was my first time visiting RDU Airport, it was Very neat and clean the Gates were easy to find and the staff was Very Professional and Approachable .... TSA was Great Thank u for a wonderful Experience��
