I like our airport very much. It's not that big but cozy, clean and well organized. Oh, and the parking is very affordable.
No problems there. Been flying into RDU for 30 years, it's a blessing compared to a lot of airports. The shuttle to the rental cars is my favorite. Leave RDU alone. Oh you could lower the rental car taxes.
I have flown into RDU at least four times this year and never have had a bad experience, nice clean airport. Everyone is very helpful and pleasant.

RDU was great, I'm handicapped and my experience with special services was absolutely courteous and professional. A police officer was very helpful in the departure area in directing me to my carrier. TSA was very proficient and courteous. I would fly in and out of RDU in a heartbeat. It was amazing to get that kind of service on a Holiday weekend.
Very nice airport. Easy to get in and out of. Everything is clearly marked. Only problem was the 2 bathrooms I went into were disgusting and when I mentioned it to an employee pushing a cart that looked like it was for cleaning restrooms i.e. Toilet paper, hand towel rolls, scrub brushes etc... I was told "I get to it when I get to it".
