It was nice talking with George about a lot for sale, but when I called to make what seemed like a reasonable cash offer, John just told me it wouldn't be accepted. I responded that it was open through the week and shared the comps that guided my offer, and I was just told that my offer would never be accepted, "respectfully." George and John are amazing! They helped our daughter find her first home in a very tough housing market. I knew she was in good hands when I first met them. We looked at MANY houses and it was very frustrating to see what was out there, especially for the price. They were super supportive and had her best interest at heart! That means a lot! We have been watching for about 40 homes before we finally won in such a crazy market, and all the time George Wilson Team were remarkably proficient and caring... patient :) It was not easy to follow our endless showing requests and adapt our schedule. I would like to emphasize that George Wilson Team work beyond their responsibility. As an example I remember how they involved their personal contacts to provide professional consultation in construction and landscape areas, that helped a lot in making decision.
