I have done several deals with Realtors over the years. Several....until I met George Wilson. Now I have done multiple transactions with him and will only go through him for my Real Estate deals in Cary North Carolina. I love buying Airbnb and other short term rentals and often like to switch them up which I can fully rely on his guidance to do. It was nice talking with George about a lot for sale, but when I called to make what seemed like a reasonable cash offer, John just told me it wouldn't be accepted. I responded that it was open through the week and shared the comps that guided my offer, and I was just told that my offer would never be accepted, "respectfully." There was no counter offer, no sharing of their comps to talk about price, nothing to actually help facilitate a deal.
