George and John are amazing! They helped our daughter find her first home in a very tough housing market. I knew she was in good hands when I first met them. We looked at MANY houses and it was very frustrating to see what was out there, especially for the price. They were super supportive and had her best interest at heart! That means a lot! If anyone asks me for a reference for a great realty company, it will definitely be the Raleigh Cary Realty Team!
We have been watching for about 40 homes before we finally won in such a crazy market, and all the time George Wilson Team were remarkably proficient and caring... patient :) It was not easy to follow our endless showing requests and adapt our schedule. I would like to emphasize that George Wilson Team work beyond their responsibility. As an example I remember how they involved their personal contacts to provide professional consultation in construction and landscape areas, that helped a lot in making decision.
I had a very poor experience with a Raleigh Cary Realty Realtor - Annamaria Papp - listing at 105 Aspen Hollow Ct in Cary, NC. The realtor misrepresented and concealed facts about the house in the disclosures for the home when it was listed for sale in June, 2020. I would not recommend this realty company based on the experience I had. I would like to add that I am not a disgruntled buyer. I am glad I did not purchase that house.
