Recommendedthe edgewood raks supplied a VERY disappointing experience; and that one was exacerbated by the co-signing carp of an owner who sucked in the lies of the offending "office girls", including the head office girl bobbi, like a mud sucking carp... Raks is close and more convenient. I wouldn’t mind spending a bit more than driving across town to other stores, however, they lack in customer service. Overall lack of willingness to help a customer. We sat in our truck waiting for someone to open the gate to the lumber yard for almost ten minutes. There were men that saw us and just took their time opening up even though it was past their opening time. I just feel there is no sense of urgency. I have never had a problem or complaint every time I’ve done business with RAKS. I will definitely be back!
They have the coolest outdoor supplies for the garden. The staff is knowledgeable and the prices are very reasonable. This place is better than lowes or Home Depot!
