Be careful about the lady receptionist. She was very rude and unprofessional. I am a nurse too,but she doesn't even have one quality as a health care provider. I just asked her how long more because I was getting late forwork and was waiting for more than 1.5 hrs. She started yelling at me in front of everyone. I barely controlled my emotions. I have been seeing Dr Bindlish for the last 10 years. He is very professional and knowledgable. Recently he performed Cataract procedure for my eyes and did an excellent job. I am very much satisfied with the outcome. I strongly recommend him for this procedure. His receptionist Mr Lee is very good and very helpful.

Dr. Bindlish is a skilled eye surgeon but dealing with his office is very painful. The office does not answer the phone and does not have voice mail message set up. How can you operate a business that way? I have been trying to reschedule an appointment for 3 days but cannot speak to anyone at the office.

I have recently become a patient of Dr. Bindlish. I find him to be very knowledgeable and very current with the developments in eye diseases. He is courteous and offers good advice. You are always warmly received by Lee, the technician. Lee is an expert in his field. He has immense patience with each and everyone. The office is pristine. The equipment is ultra modern. They do most of the regular exams right in the office which saves many a hospital visit.
