Made an appt bc I needed a new PCP. My God....this was a terrible decision. She gave me textbook phrases the entire visit. Didn't let me explain anything. Had concerns for the visit and left feeling like I never want to see a doctor again. Doctors have degrees but without sympathy & understanding, they're just a person in a white coat. I'm not happy with the outcome of my visit. Would rather walk outside right now with no socks or shoes than visit her again
Quite literally the rudest doctor I have ever come across. I recently moved to Orange County from North Carolina. I set up an appointment with the next available provider and was given this disrespectful know it all. First I want to mention this doctor is dangerously arrogant. There were important medications that I needed refilled that are dangerous to get off. -She told me I did NOT have those conditions. -She refused to refill the prescriptions(mind you these prescriptions were not controlled substances) - I have two doct... read more
As a new resident of Orange County, I was looking for a new provider and decided on Crystal Run. To have a doctor dismiss my medical concerns in 2025 is not only shocking but also disappointing. I was advised to take several tests and referred to different providers, yet no follow-up or call back on my results. This is a clear reminder that this provider is not here for the care of her patients.
No bedside manner. Rude and disrespectful.
