professional. No hassle. In and out of the chair in fifteen minutes.
First and foremost the staff was very kind, which seems to be becoming more and more rare these days. There are numerous dentists in the area so as patients we have many options and can easily switch if needed, but kind staff will keep the patients coming back. The doctor and staff were also very knowledgeable, which again, is not always the case. We enjoyed our visit and will return!
I have been to numerous dentists, over the years, particularly a team of three made up of a top-notch dentist, hygienist, and orthodontist, located on M Street, N.W., Washington, D.C., not far from where I worked. I called them my top-notch "D.C. dream team." Regardless of the dental treatment that I'm to encounter during my appointment(s) with Dr. Patel, I never dread going to his office. Very friendly staff. Dr. Patel was really nice.
Many people like myself are ofter afraid of going to the Dentist for many reasons, however, this Dental Office is 1 of many I've been to and feel like I'm right at Home! The Staff is always extremely pleasant and friendly, making it a very comfortable place to come too. And on top of that Dr. Patel is a wonderful Dentist, very gentle, kind, friendly, and knows his work. I just simply Love this Dental Office so much I have now made my children patients as well!
It is a relaxed atmosphere and a beautiful office. I felt confident in Dr. Patel.
As always, friendly and fast dental care. The entire staff is quite pleasant and make going to the dentist a good positive experience.
