On top of her patients’ health, excellent care and good supporting staff
Dr. Perez wants to know her patients & treat them as a caring physician.
Outstanding physician. Caring. Dr. Perez is what a doctor should be. Takes personal interest in patients. One of the very few who doesn't seem to be interested in seeing as many patients as possible in the least amount of time.
She is polite, and knowledgeable. Good listener and great bedside manners
Good DR who spends time with patients, always get in close on or close to appointme nt times, very friendly and takes and interest.
Dra: Raiza Perez is an excellent Doctor, I would highly recommend her as my primary Doctor, She is very knowledgeable and really takes the time to hear your concerns, and always have great results to cure your illness, Her staff is also excellent, never miss a referral or a prescription at the pharmacy or an appointment they are really excellent in their jobs and it is great to know they all care. Dr. Perez herself is a great doctor but she will lose a lot of patients because her complete staff team are rude, uninviting and just very unpleasant. I don't know how she can work with such a toxic set of miserable women. The wait time to see the doctor is ridiculous. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
I saw this Dr few years ago, was happy with her but her front desk staff was horrible. Gave it another tried and made an appointment for 9:00 am, they explained to be there by 8:30 to be the first Patient in with the Dr. did as I was told, was there at 8:15 with all paper work ready, the Dr went into another room with another patient that got there after me, took 40 minutes with that patient, I had to leave without seeing the Dr. horrible patient management, no respect for patients time.
I really like Dr. Perez. She is genuinely concerned with my needs, and I trust her completely. However, Maria, who works at the front desk, leaves a lot to be desired. Rude, condescending, and unhelpful. I've also gotten the sense that the other staffers that work next to her are afraid of her. It's a shame that such a fine doctor has an employee such as this one. With so many people looking for work, I'm sure a better one can be found that has more people skills. She really is a turn-off
