I found a car at Raider that I was interested in, and living 2 hrs away, I called and spoke to Marisa who was very helpful. She held the car for me until I could come and look at it, sent me pictures, and answered all of my questions. When I came down on Saturday, she had it waiting for me to take on a test drive. The sales people were great! Marisa was our sales person and she was very nice and personable. BUT I think the service department is not with it. When we first test drove the van, it was horrible dirty. It had been in the lot for a moth, so you would have thought they could have cleaned it in that time? Dog hair and cookies/crackers/candy form kids everywhere. They then cleaned it and still missed several spots that wouldn’t have been noticed, unless you bought the van(we did).
