RecommendedMy wife and I were shopping for a vehicle and deciding between new vs. used. Raisor Automart happened to have a used unit of the model we were looking for so we headed in to look at it and have a test drive. Absolutely no nonsense - they took a copy of my DL, handed me the key fob and said see you when you get back. We took the test drive, liked the vehicle, but were still decided between new vs. used (or even we were going to purchase at all) so we let them know we'd let them know (LOL!). Had a great buying experience with their salesman Bryan. Super quick and easy transaction, no pressure & no crazy fees. Got a great deal on my ‘19 optima.
I wouldn't EVER reccomend this place to anyone. they claim to wanna help. they sold my gf a car that had been wrecked and said nothing to her about it. the car has an oil leak that they have supposedly fixed 3 times and now the ac doesn't work on a 2015 vehicle. But they are only here to help. THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!!
This was the easiest buying experience I have had by far! Thank you Bill for making sure everything worked out perfectly and for being so helpful in answering all of my questions. I could not be happier and definitely will recommend. Well worth the two hour drive!
Not very good customer service. Waited too long to be helped by someone. Your out in lot and no one comes out to greet or see if you need anything. Not really impressed with there service. Also don't seem eager to sell vehicles with the way they treat customers who are interested.
A big shout out to Raisor Automart! Jade and I got a great deal on a ‘15 AWD Fusion. The sales agent Bryan was super cool and not pressuring at all, legit gave me the keys and said take it as long as you want to see if it’ll work for your family. He gave me his personal cell in case we ever had any issues or concerns. This morning I had trouble starting it and discovered the battery is likely at the end of its life. The sales staff was great to work with. We came into the dealership driving a vehicle that we were very unhappy with. They gave us almost everything we paid on the vehicle on our trade in. Now we LOVE the new vehicle we have!! Thank you so much for everything.
