Sleeping bag from 1980 - flat and filthy - now fluffy and wonderful - like new! Thanks Rainy Pass! That bag has many, many miles and memories - so glad to have it ready for next season! … and the cost was definitely worth it - the bag would be $400-500 to replace.
Huge RIP OFF! Don't bother with this company. They want $160 to replace a zipper! Rain Pass Repair you suck!

I just got back a pair of Outdoor Research pants I needed 4" taken out of. They couldn't be hemmed at the bottom due to a zipper, etc and to add to the difficulty they have an articulated knee. The hem across the thigh is so perfect and exactly matches the design of the pants! I can't believe how perfect they are!!! It's hard to get gear to fit being only 5' tall and I can't wait finally put these pants to use!! Well worth the price! These guys are total pros. Thank you Rainy Pass!!

It's sometimes a little hard to describe what you need done. These guys did a great job of communicating and keeping in touch to help figure out what I needed so they sent some photos back and forth and then helped to rush it back so I could get things taken care of before leaving for a big trip. I had an existing backpack that is great for travel but not as ready for hiking.
