Absolutely the best service and quality job. Sent in 2 Sitka jackets and the repairs were done quickly and items looked great! Big Thank You!
Just fantastic service. My lovely old Enlightened Equipment quilt had a minor... altercation with an old nail on the side of a shelter in Olympic NP, and ended up with a large, jagged tear along one side. Rainy Pass was able to patch the holes, and returned my quilt looking as good as new. Also, I know that wait times will of course vary by season, but my repair was done in four (!) business days. I guess I'm going backpacking this weekend!
Extremely disappointed with this company. I would NEVER consider using them again. They DO NOT stand behind their word what so ever! They were extremely rude to me as a customer. Not to mention, you would think they would be able to hem pants correctly but apparently not. I highly consider anyone looking to do business with them to go somewhere else! It will save you money, headache, and a hassle!
Way too expensive for the quality of work you receive and they do not stand behind their word! Very frustrating experience. Would NOT recommend.
Sitka had us send my husbands rain pants to you. We got them back fairly quick, plus my son loves the hat! Thank you so much!
I’ve had hoods removed. And ski pants altered so I can zip around the cuff of my new ski boots. All look perfect! And if you walk in it’s done in a few days!!!
Got my Big Agnes rainfly back with a great new zipper installed! Never did understand why the manufacturer couldn't have done this but thank goodness for Rainy Pass! You saved our favorite tent!
