I have paid y a total of $1249.00 and have not moved in nor will I move in so im not sure why Raintree is asking for a 60-day noticewhen nothing of mine is there . There forcing me to stay in an environment I am not comfortable with and it ridiculous just so it doesn’t go on my credit report as a broken lease . If they do not void the contract Im calling my attorney. I should have renters’ rights .You guys just take people’s money and mess up people’s lives by reporting things on their credit and that is not at all oka... read more
Awful people to rent from. My daughter and her boyfriend lived there until she found him dead in their apartment. She couldn’t live there anymore which is understandable considering what she was going through so she had to break her lease and these people had the nerve to report her to the credit bureaus. How absolutely evil. To say they don’t care about their tenants is an understatement.
