Rainforest apartments has been an excellent place to stay, very peaceful and diverse community. Office is very responsive and respectful to any needs. Want to give special attention to Shane Holt the Maintenance team who has always been especially responsive, professional and a pleasure to have around whenever there is a need. A+ to the Rainforest team!
I have lived here for over a year and had a wonderful experience! The staff is always nice and helpful, and any issues we have get resolved quickly. The townhomes/apartments sit in a convenient yet quiet part of town and it's easy to get around West Knoxville!
One of the worst places to live . Melissa who is the manager I’m assuming is extremely rude . She yells at tenants , puts her finger in faces and hangs up on you . Nothing gets fixed I definitely recommend finding somewhere else to move
If you have company over or are just moving here your first day and park your uhaul or have anyone here without a permit you will get a boot on your car or uhaul truck or what ever you drive. And you can’t get a permit in the weekend if you move here so your screwed beware they are in cahoots with the towing company.. pool is always green…and the garbage sitting in the hallways drips down through the floors it’s disgusting.. dominion management should be ashamed of themselves . They are a very poor management company that do... read more
