Best place I've lived!! Great service and quick on repairs. Very peaceful! Highly recommend this place!!
The apartments are not the best windows and doors are not sealed air blows through them. Wasn't here two weeks and thought we were having an allergic reaction to the carpet but it turned out that the apartment had bed bugs in it.
Be careful the management is rude and borders on dishonest. Very shady group to deal with. Read your lease carefully before signing. Especially if you are sharing apartment with a roommate. Would never recommend to anyone.
We have lived here since January 2016 so I don't like how thin the walls are, the windows & doors are not sealed air comes in thru them had to buy plastic to cover them with. Not all residents are keeping their dogs on a leash like it says to in the lease. The lawn is about to take over the buildings since they haven't mowed yet and I want let my grandchildren play in the tall grass. WE LOVE it here! The staff and amenities are great
The indoor pool is the only nice thing about Raintree. Dumpster divers and drug deals, and management brushes you off. Small apartments with thin walls. Maintenance will take care of emergencies, but not regular care. I usually have to replace my own furnace filter. I've begged for gutter cleaning and it never happened. The gutter is full of bird nests. The new opening between Raintree and Stoneybrooke allows drug dealers to get away before the police can arrive. Raintree used to be nice, but not anymore.
