Do not live here. Management lies and is actively hostile toward basic requests/screws up constantly, walls are thin and people are loud, utility bills are crazy high and the place is either really cold or really hot depending on the weather. Management has stopped returning any of our calls. Notice the theme of other people not trusting/having so much trouble with the management - because it's such a constant. Do yourself a favor stay very far away from this place.

Wonderful time at Raintree Apts., in Lexington, Ky. celebrating the Fourth of July with my family, grilling out, spending time at the pool, and just laughing and enjoying one another's company, love them all so very very much, I am so blessed !!! Beautiful and so serene sitting by the pool with all the lovely flowers, and the weeping willow trees in the background, so lovely and relaxing, just a great family atmosphere.
Have lived here going on 2 hot summers with electric bills $300 because they will not fix our air conditioner! We call them weekly and all we hear is I will have the supervisor look at it, apparently there is no supervisor. Yes we are the apartment that keeps the window unit! I bet if we were HUD or section 8 and did not pay our rent 2 weeks early it would get fixed because then the government would get involved!
I will preface this with the fact that I lived here for 5 years, in 2 different apartments (One being a 2BR, the other a 1BR). I moved out in June of 2015. Easily some of the best office staff I've dealt with anywhere I've lived in Lexington. I've lived in many places all across Lexington over the years, even in some very expensive townhomes in Hamburg, Raintree's staff easily outranks them in professionalism and friendliness.
