Gosh they deserve a medal for dealing with me and my cat lol. My cat isn't the biggest fan of going to the doctor. She growls, hisses, and acts like a complete fool. And they handle her SO well through all of this, while I sit there crunched up and nearly crying on the bench. She nips at them and everything, but they're very professional through her torture. I cannot thank the staff enough! Last week my 10 year old dog could hardly put pressure on one of her back legs and with her history of knee problems, we honestly were expecting the worst case scenario when we came in for our consult.
