Like the monthly service. I wash my car much more frequently., which is much better for my car.
Recently started getting my vehicle washed at this establishment,was satisfied till the wash malfunctioned causing it to shut down and then broke the mirror on my car,I got told thats how it goes and if I needed, the manager could tell me where to buy a new mirror cheap,obviously this was not the first case of this problem,lesson learned,cancelled my monthly plan,Good news is I got the chance to warn all of YOU!
After 6 month of our membership and our passenger side mirror always being turned in, some genius changed the rotation of the brushes on 2 station this flipped the mirrors out and the last station flipped them back in place. Good job guys.
This place is the biggest rip off...no one answers email or phone when trying to cancel an account. AVOID RAINSTORM. Terrible service in every single aspect. Much better car wash places in town!! HORRIBLE
We just took our truck through there and they don't pre spray like they used too. When you purchase one wash you used to be able to purchase another for a discounted rate and you don't get that anymore. We went through the carwash and our truck had soap all over it. It looked like it completely skipped the rinse and dry sections. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS CAR WASH! NEED TO FIND A NEW PLACE TO WASH OUR CARS. WONT BE SPENDING MONEY HERE ANYMORE!!!!!
Took my new car there to get some light dirt off since the weather was nice. Spent plenty of $$$ to get a dirty car back when done. The facility is pretty new, and this was my first and LAST time to go there. When I pointed out that the car was still dirty, the attendant said to pony up more $$$ and run it through again. Go to Gas and Wash on Jefferson. Better quality, lower price.
My vehicle was damaged at the college avenue location. I filled out a damage claim on the spot. I have attempted numerous times to speak to someone regarding my claim. No response. They are avoiding me like the plague. I have been a fast pass customer for over a year. Employees do not have any insurance information and will not provide any contact information. Why does this have to be so difficult? Be professional.
