Took my new car there to get some light dirt off since the weather was nice. Spent plenty of $$$ to get a dirty car back when done. The facility is pretty new, and this was my first and LAST time to go there. When I pointed out that the car was still dirty, the attendant said to pony up more $$$ and run it through again. Go to Gas and Wash on Jefferson. Better quality, lower price.
Started off fine, went through and the gentleman put my order in. Wasn't until I reached the actual car wash that it was a disappointment. I was asked if I paid because it didn't go though/he didn't see it. So he stopped the whole car wash process. I went through without a car wash because it was too late to process it. And I had to go back through and the line was now twice as long and sitting still. Not worth the $12.
Love this car wash! Best location in Springfield!
Didn't get what I pressed on the machine, I was charged almost double, when I ask the tech he said well you got what you got!! WTH!! Didn't even offer a refund or anything else!! Car wasn't even clean afterwards!! Needless to say, I won't be back!! Oh, and I didn't get the cheapest car wash, it was almost the most expensive, plus more!! Ugh
