Todd and Wade did a great job with our install on Tuesday and Wednesday. The install was hard due to the fact that our house is solid concrete, so they went through 3 diamond bits. The walls are 12' thick. The units were placed in the garage. Who knew they were that big? They arrived at 9 AM and worked until 2:30. The only concern I have, is the sod has died and there is a very large hole in front of the house. I am sure it will be addressed in a timely manner. We had someone do a demonstration Saturday for us and we fell in love,and today we our getting our system in today.good by to county tap water its discussing just to know I use to take baths and brush my teeth in that filthy water,thanks rainsoft.
We got our system a month ago and we love our rainsoft system! We now have softer water which is awesome in the shower, we have great tasting water and we are saving money in the long run since it takes very little soap now to bathe or wash dishes and clothes. Definitely one of the best decisions to get this ! The phone app could use some work, but it's not that hard to go directly to the computer outside and look at the stats and look in the salt tank :)
Todd and Wade did a great job with our install today. First of all, they arrived exactly on time. They were courteous and respectful, and were very accommodating to our preferences and suggestions during the install. We got this Water system installed a couple of weeks ago. We couldn't be happier. The people who work for Rain Soft are great and very helpful. The water tastes great and I am very picky with the taste of my drinking water. You save on soaps and detergents. Your skin feels nice and smooth. No more hard water which dries out your skin. I must say we all feel spoilt now. Thanks again Rain Soft.
