From the sales to the install everyone that I spoke with did a really great job. I had all questions answered and they went above and beyond to install with hard work and updates the whole way. I felt taken care of NOT taken advantage of! Thanks Guys :)
We had Clinton & Phillip S. come and install our RainSoft this morning. They were super nice and very professional. Even though we had a few rough spots due to my crazy water lines they did a great job and finished the job without complaints! Thank you both for a job well done! From the presentation, I was super amazed about what Kelly M. demonstrated at my home. I can't wait to get the system installed. Kelly M was very polite and knowledgeable about this system. Believe me I had my doubts in the beginning but, I can't doubt what was shown to me. Thanks Kelly, you is very good at what you do.
What wonderful people! Gina was great and made the sale!. The guys, Clinton, Wade, and Todd, were so respectful, polite, prompt, and informative. All vary hard workers. We are impressed with the system, too :)
Todd and Wade did a great job today. They were very prompt and professional and friendly. Although they were wonderful they had a hard job to come behind Gina E. She was great!!!! I felt like I had know here for years. This crew is awesome!!! If Jack and I had our way we would try and have them sell the whole neighborhood.
Todd W and Wade P installed a Rainsoft Ultrefiner II, premium drinking water system and an Airmaster Ultra in our home today!! Both young men did an excellent job and both were very pleasant and professional!! They both are great representatives for Rainsoft of the Wiregrass!!
Todd W. was personable and professional, but what I liked most was his great communication and complete honesty. Despite some rough conditions (everything was crazy as our state and several states around us prepared for Hurricane Irma), Todd and the crew got the job done in a neat and timely manner.
Todd, Wade, Phillip, and Clinton did an excellent job informing me and installing my RainSoft equipment. I refer anyone that reads this to contact RainSoft and set up an appointment for a free water test.
Gina E. was very professional and yet funny at the same time. She represented herself and RainSoft very well, was informative about the product, conducted effective water tests and explained the results well. She did have to come back two times due to her demonstration filter being dirty. We happily purchase the system for our home. Are looking forward to better tasting water and softer skin for the wife.
