I don't recommend because they are not honest upfront before getting your hopes up and waisting hours of your time. it's based on credit.. if you have money and no credit even if you plan on spending $12,000 with them you will be declined without good credit!
If I could give this company 10 stars I would! From start to finish a class act. Every one was so professional and ON TIME! We installed the Ultraviolet Light on Well Pump, Rain Soft Water Softener, the Reverse Osmosis system for the kitchen and the Clean Start Laundry system...everything is working just like it should and our family feels one step closer to good health and helping the environment.
The gentleman was professionally and explained everything. Even though it was several years ago, I never received my gift card. When I contacted the company, they just brushed it off.
Our sales rep, Kelley, was a real natural. She truly believes in the system and was an expert at explaining all the little details that we didn't know to ask. She was as "at home" at our kitchen table as my own daughter. I can't remember all the installers names because I wasn't home for most of the installation (Dr's appt), but everyone was very professional, kind, cheerful and very patient while explaining how it all works. Mailing was misleading. I would not do business with a company that sends out misleading mailers.
Everything was very professional from the sales presentation to the install. Larry did a great job explaining and showing the need for filtration and purification without seeming like a sales guy if that makes sense. All very tangible problems with real solutions. The Installation team was top notch. I was expecting Joe Blow contractor to come wrench on my plumbing, so I was a little worried, and instead, they sent a TEAM of technicians. Super professional, informed, and trustworthy. The difference in our water is incredible. Love it!
I would personally recommend rainsoft to everyone who wants clean water . It has made such a difference in our house in less then a week of having it . we are very pleased with the customer service and the hospitality of everyone we have spoken with . we had our test done friday and got our system the same day . we absolutely love it . thank you rainsoft!
