I am a long term customer. They do not care about people that have been here for a long time. I actually have 2 units here and they are charging me more than my contract I signed, refusing to honor the pricing for 1 month and also have not updated the system so I can pay for my units. If I knew they would treat me like this I would have moved all my things to a different storage facility.
