I’ve been seeing Dr Hong for a year now and am very happy with his service. Luckily I’ve only had cleaning done but he is very thorough in his examination. The office from the reception area to the examination rooms are welcoming and comfortable. The staff are also very friendly and helpful with any questions from checking on insurance coverage to making the next appointment. Also love the text message appointment reminders.

I highly recommend this Asian Dentist, very thorough, & yes they accept Apple Health or Medicaid. My crown came loose & needed to be reattached. So I scheduled a cleaning to get both done at same time. Plus they are open on Saturday once a month. Since they are small, you can get scheduled immediately within a day or days. PS. Definitely Get a Waterpik Water Flosser, especially if you have a tendency for bleeding gums. You'll definitely notice a difference. Worth every penny! Things I like about Rainier Smiles Dentistry are the professionalism, it is easy to schedule an appointment, it is at a convenient location near Lakewood, Tacoma and U.P.. Dr. Hong is thorough, and gentle. I play my own music on my phone because it is silent in the office.
