This place is the biggest scam, and ******** around. I wasn't even living in my apartment and I was still getting bills for water bills for over $100 a month. It's basically section 8 housing. The cops are there all the time. The walls are paper thin, and you can hear everything. I just got a bill for utilities for dates AFTER I had moved out!
