RecommendedWe've had another service clean our carpets and hand woven 100% wool Persian place rug. This year we went eith Rainier Chem-Dry. What a difference! With the black light we observed urine stains the naked eye cannot see. Our technician was Hector. He spent almost 3 hours vacuuming, using a product that lifts the stain from the pad to the surface of the carpet. Hen then started cleaning.
