I have used Chem-Dry for many years but recently switched to a traditional water extraction type process. I noticed that my carpet is getting dirty quicker than I would have expected. I went to back to Chem-Dry as I never had this issue before. It was easy to book the appointment and they called 30 minutes before arriving. The carpets are nice and clean and hopefully will stay that way longer.
