My shrimp was not deveined, my rice was cold, my vegetables were hard and cold... I was so disappointed! 😢

Our family and close friends had a great time visiting Rainforest Cafe! The 2 hour wait was a little much and kind of slow service especially with little children but all in all everything turned out great! The Chicken Fried Chicken was amazing! Highly recommend 🙂
I really enjoyed the jungle atmosphere and special effects. The burger and beer was good too.

Service was great! I got food allergies and they sent the chef out to talk to me to make sure no mistakes would be made! Amazing!!
I brought my 2 year old boys here, it was the first time for all of us. They loved the decor and the animals, didnt say a peep the whole time, they were too busy looking at everything. Unfortunately their mac n cheese came out overcooked and cold and only half of the noodles had cheese , our fries were cold also, the waiter took their meals off the bill. I think they take alot of meals off of Bill's, it's a great decorated restaurant but I think they need all new kitchen staff. For the prices we paid I'd rather take them to ... read more
