I Visited Here With A Friend And The Food Was Amazing We Had A Great Time Being In The Rainforest Themed Atmosphere.
Took 1 hour after we ordered for the waitress to tell us they were out of a hot dog for my son, the photo lady said she would get the manager after 30 min of waiting, manager never came , oh boy give me some money off big deal, terrible service
Here is why I'm giving 1 star. Waiter=awesome, food=okay, food price= ridiculous. We won't eat there again because of price. We paid $17.99 for lettuce and chicken. My son hated his burger and it was $15. Terrible inflated price for just okay food
Food was nothing to write home about and the waiter we had could have cared less about his job. Took forever to get our drinks and food. We will definitely not go back, ever.
OVER PRICED but the food was good. Probably wouldn't visit again due to the high prices. Waiter had no personality.
Hour wait on top of over priced burger they couldn't cook correctly. Plus if you order drinks they stick you with souvenir glass price even if you don't want it. I had two large beers being charged $10 plus then$6 for the second one. Told the refill price is always cheaper, I have yet to hear about beers having refill prices. All the hype is not worth the wait or price.
Who ever designed the new location must've got C's instead of A's. Horrendous area to wait and tight cramped area to get in. Reservation system is well below average. Food below average and price is high for quality. If you haven't been it's not worth it as can get a better meal and atmosphere at food court is just as good. It's too bad and can tell from many others same feelings.
The food was great but the service was aweful. The kids were very excited being that it was their first time going. We called prior to arriving to make reservations.. we got there on time and they seated us in the back... Missing out on the whole experience. It was very dissapointing. Our server took our order, brought our food and not once did she come by to ask how we were doing, or if we needed refills on our drinks. We went there this weekend and the food was very good! The waiters were awesome and friendly!!
