This was my first time coming to a rainforest cafe with my fiancé and we waited a while to get seated after that our server was no where to be found so another server comes and also takes his sweet time . He never told us his name and also got our food order wrong . The food wasn't good at all and over priced to the MAX . I suggest before you come here look around the mall for other restaurantsI pretty much regret going here .
I was served completely raw bacon on my turkey club! I I know mistakes happen but how does one put raw bacon on a sandwich and serve it to someone I'm still sick from this experience and will NEVER return! Let me point out the bacon was not under cooked it wasn't cooked at all it was completely cold like it just came out of the fridge and totally RAW! I brought my son here for his birthday thinking it was a great idea I was so wrong!
Fun! And good food, big portions!! We enjoyed the atmosphere and everything.
It was a great place for my daughter to celebrate her birthday with friends. Fun atmosphere and good service. Food was okay, sent mine back because it was cold. I would suggest sticking with burgers when ordering.
ONLY part I liked.. Is its more than a café and my granddaughter had fun. Otherwise not much for a person to eat who has had gastric bypass.. Especially for the prices.. And very slow and forgetful service. I really wouldn't suggest to my friends
Very expensive, its not a place to go to alot. 15 dollars for a basic burger and fries. It is a neat concept but you couldnt take a large family here.
The food was SOOO good and the atmosphere was just too fun! Perfect for children of all ages.
Service..atmosphere and food were all top notch! I missed the usual aquarium tho..grandkids loved it!!
First time there yesterday . Server seemed a little anxious but that's no big deal . Although we did wait about 40 min for our food to then have him come out and say the cook missed the order and never put it in when we were told our food would be out shortly . All we had was an app sampler and a chicken wrap meal . Which turned out to be subpar, some of it tasted like it had been sitting out for awhile .
