It was my first time being in the Rainforest Cafe wonderful beautiful place to enjoy having a delicious dinner definitely I'll be there again��
A fun place great food and great service all round
There the day after Mother’s Day .It’s such a beautiful place to be in. The food was so delicious. Granddaughter offered a breakfast pizza. So large we could have shared between 3 of us. So yummy . sorry to hear they were closing. Bummer
Was there for Mother's day breakfast. Service was terrible. When we were seated by the hostess, we were not given any menus. Waited for the waitress to give us our menus, but no one came. My sister got up and got the menus for our table. Then the coffee cups (all 4) at our table were dirty, they had food particles on them. Waitress finally came along, told her about the dirty cups, she looked at them to see if they were dirty. She took them away, got new cups and took our order. After that service was so-so. Had a good time, food was great, and we are SO SAD that this location is closing down
Mediocre service, mediocre food and high priced. Kids did enjoy the fake rainstorms though. Don’t think I’ll be back.
I am so sad that the Downtown Disney location is closing I will miss the two managers Stacy and Maha they are the best.I wish them the absolute best. Thank you for all the excellent service and wonderful memories
