Long wait to be seated after being told table nearly ready. Even longer wait for food to arrive. Manager heard about our experience and did nothing to salvage it. Better not to come unless you can spare at least two hours.

I reserved a room at McCormick & Schmicks at Town and Country location for a client event and was told that there was a minimum $500 that would be charged for the room. Unfortunately, we had to cancel the event and reached out to the local manager to see if we could either move the date or split the $500 up so that we could rent a smaller room two times. This South Coast Claim Jumper location is the worst and should be closed soon. After our experience tonight, I don’t even want to get closer to it. First time in my life, I have been kicked out of a place and it was because of a waitress with an attitude holds the napkins in her hands but doesn’t want to give it to us as she has better things to do and her worse manager with lack of customer service skills. This is regarding customer service. I belong to the Landry's Select Club. There was a deal where you recieved a bonus reward amount for each purchase. I got an e-mail confirmation regarding the bonus, but the card does not actually have that bonus amount on it. So, I called the customer service number listed on the confirmation. I use to go to Mitchells all the time and get their crabcakes. Had not been in a while. My sister and niece were here visiting for a long weekend. I bragged to them how good Mitchells crabcakes were. It was my sister, niece, myself, my two daughters and my granddaughter. I have been a very loyal Landry customers for many years. Exact I recently entertained clients at Vic & Anthony's and the bill was over $1,400. The food was amazing and the service fabulous. We were celebrating a family birthday on Sunday and my children came from Austin and we decided to go to the Landry's in Katy. I was shocked at how horrible our experience was.
