Bring a sweater it's freezing inside. Food great more than able to eat.
Skip it. We had a party of 9 and all of us were disappointed. We had a reservation, checked in early, waited 15 minutes (past our reservation time) to be seated in an empty dining room. We waited 45 minutes for our food, still surrounded by empty tables. The food was less than mediocre, 2/3 of the overpriced kids entrees ordered were left uneaten of the table (they looked and tasted awful). Fiancé had never been so kids and I splurged to take him! Food was amazing and way better then the time I went in Chicago.
The servuce was great as well as the food and the atmosphere . Will be again

We had an amazing time at Rainforest. Celebrated a birthday for our son. Service was quick lived it!!
If they are busy it takes forever to get anything including water.
Service was ok, but not wow worthy. Appetizers were good but food was not worth the price. Funny cuz the next day we went to bubba gump. Food and service there was on point. They are in the same club thing.
