The steak and ribs are amazing! The kids loved it!
The food is always perfect. But it took over half an hour to bring it to out table. Waiters and staff are super super friendly but always forgetful and don't always know the menu.
My sweet David that I lost not very long ago to illness, and I, always went to the Rain Forest Cafe for all of our very special celebrations. Food was veey good! The service was extremely slow. However , they were good when they were available. Itctoo quite a long time to get food to the table, and when we were ready to get check and leave it too forever for them to go through the steps. It was a Saturday and they were super busy, so I can't fault them to much .
The food was good, the service was good, but my cocktail coulda just come out of a juice box.
WAY overpriced and food is mediocre at best. The only good thing about this place is the ambiance. It's fun to go once, but difinitely not somewhere to go multiple occasions if you can avoid it. Every time I go back, I hope that they have addressed the price and food quality issues, but they haven't. I feel like they get by on children begging parents or others to take them there so they don't have to try to improve.
Could not taste the alcohol in my drink. Food was cold and had no flavor. Service was good.
