So many issues. No insulation between units in the walls, could hear everything my neighbor did plain as day. Management was ineffective at handling issues in a timely manor or at all. Roof leaked and mold was growing in the ceiling. I had a skin rash on my neck that I kept going to the dermatologist for. Three weeks after moving out - it went away. Had to call the city inspector multiple times and PK Management received multiple blight violations over the period I lived there. Management was never in the office or available... read more

I have lived here for almost a year now and LOVE it! The room is cozy and beautiful with a huge kitchen with a lot of storage. Nace is a wonderful, enthusiastic manager who will give his all to make sure you are happy!
I got the opportunity to take a look at your beautifully renovated building today. From the very start, Lanore was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. She was well versed on the ins and outs of the apartment building, as well as events and businesses surrounding the area. She was also able to give me some much appreciated information regarding transportation services for the area. La’Nore was extremely welcoming and happy to help. She was patient with all questions, let us take our time looking around and walked us through various apartment options to assure we were getting what we wanted. Apartments have been renovated and are very clean and spacious. Would recommend.
LaNore was amazing in helping my roommate and I move. She was in constant communication with us and assisted us with anything we needed. Also, the apartment building itself is very clean and updated.
Lanore was wonderful showing me around the building and all the different apartment styles they offered as well as amenities. She's first class and I'm hoping to become a resident soon �
