The staff was amazing and so sweet. From the moment I walked in the door, I got a good feeling from how professional and polite everyone was. I believe my cat felt it as well because she normally does a continual mewing when she is in a carrier, and the moment I set her down on the reception counter, she was instantly in I want attention mode. I was seen promptly and was quoted pricing before any procedures before anything went forward which was nice.
