I'm having terrible days with this company. last week i had a big problem to make the company look for the vaccum in my house. the manager looked for everything and said that everything was correct and that nothing was missing. Took the Vacuum because it powered, asked the dealer to do a check and tell me what was needed. He opened it up, looked and said you need a tune up, I said ok make sure it is a tune up, and call me when ready...220.00 later, he performs the tune up, i get home turn on the vacuum and the vacuum sparks and releases smoke. I take it back, He tells me, the computer is NOW gone, why did he do a tune without being sure that was the problem?!!!
