We had water damage to hardwood floors a couple months back. Rainbow was extremely knowledgeable and professional in providing us service. The team went out of their way to come to our house to assess the progression of the drying process. When I had a question after the drying was done and the machines were all pulled from the house, they went out of their way to come back to our house to assess the potential issue I was concerned with.
