This company performed plumbing work on a property near mine. The sewer lines were originally placed on my property(during development). I asked if the lines could be moved over 2 feet to her property since they were already replacing the plumbing. The workers suggested I speak with their supervisor. I did and he was condescending, arrogant and rude. He stated that I should just get "on with my life, be happy and not worry about lines underground whether they were on my property or not." Excellent work done quickly by Blake's team at Rainbow Restoration of Chattanooga. Water flooded our 3000 sf business so we closed -- but just for a short period -- thanks to them. Blake coordinated his team and kept communication going with me. Highly recommend Rainbow Restoration of Chattanooga and Blake!

Don't do business with this guy. Horrible experience. I literally have to redo everything they touched. Paint is peeling off new walls inside and outside my house. Had to have electricians to fix what his guys did. Plumbing has had to be repaired because drains running uphill. Doors were not leveled. He was also rude as hell to my wife. Just a horrifying experience. Oh, my hardwood floors all need to be sanded and redone. They are also new. The owner is not a good person.

A tree fell on my house and did very extensive damage to my house. I called Rainbow International and Blake came out and prepared me a very detailed estimate and was very professional and prompt. I hired him with no hesitation. The work, materials, and employees were on top of everything they had been hired to do. Someone was supposed to come do a moisture meter reading on Saturday. No call and no show. Disappointed. Revised review. After a rocky start, things worked out well. Minor issues with quality of baseboard, footing, and replacement door installations. If not for those minor flaws, I would give 5 stars. They made flooring subcontractor fix some issues with no cost to us. Overall, very responsive and competent company.
