Someone was supposed to come do a moisture meter reading on Saturday. No call and no show. Disappointed. Revised review. After a rocky start, things worked out well. Minor issues with quality of baseboard, footing, and replacement door installations. If not for those minor flaws, I would give 5 stars. They made flooring subcontractor fix some issues with no cost to us. Overall, very responsive and competent company.

A tree fell on my house and did very extensive damage to my house. I called Rainbow International and Blake came out and prepared me a very detailed estimate and was very professional and prompt. I hired him with no hesitation. The work, materials, and employees were on top of everything they had been hired to do. Great employees - Daniel, Tanner, Juan, and Hosea are professional, knowledgeable, and very polite. If they said we'll be there at 2pm, they were here at 2pm. I am very pleased with their work.

Our family has the special circumstance of a member living with a chronic respiratory illness. My basement is our family den. It flooded recently. I was in tears when I called these gentlemen to my house because of the 150 year old trunk in the den that has been passed down for generations. This wonderful guy shows up at my house and makes some really awesome recommendations. He was honest and he saved the trunk. A day later my den flooded as again and they came out and fixed up for free. I had the den waterproofed and all is well. These guys care and have heart.
