Rainbow were appointed by our insurers to take care of water damage to hard wood flooring and cabinetry in our kitchen, caused by a leak behind the dishwasher. From the start, the rainbow personnel were very informative on the claims procedure and outlined the whole plan to remediate the damage incurred. Blake Johnson and his Rainbow Restoration crew did a really great job replacing our flooring that was damaged by a water leak in an adjacent townhouse. The men in the crew were courteous, efficient, industrious and handled our furniture and other personal property with care as they packed everything in boxes or wrapped furniture in blankets with plastic for protection from damage. My upstairs master bathroom toilet hose broke loose from the tank and flooded my bathroom, laundry room and part of the garage. Rainbow Restoration came and removed all of the damaged flooring, ceilings and walls. Although I was at home and able to stop the flood before it spread through out the entire house, it was still fairly extensive. The owner has an excellent background in insurance as an adjuster so his knowledge of what insurance will cover is unbeatable. He cares about his customers and see the jobs through to the end. Great experience with my claim!
