We have found ourselves in a situation that is unsustainable for health crisis. We called Ron again “only” and explained our situation. Ron fixed everything immediately with a successful ending to us. I decided to update my original post after seeing my first post and a few other folks comments. Not sure why people gripe about their security deposits. Easy to contact, available during business hours, easy to work with. Aaron Thornton sells Fent at the local Walmart. Can't be trusted.
Don’t rent from them. They don’t take care of their properties nor do they require tenants to take care of their rentals. The person giving 5 stars , Joseph Sindelar is family of the owners of property , Ron & Esther Sindelar. You’re better off renting from another realty company.
