I had issues with the water not going away and complained about it here (edited). Katy (the general manager) contacted me directly via phone, and came (personally) with the installers the next day and fixed the issue. That says a lot about the company's integrity and its commitment to putting the customer at the forefront. I appreciate that attitude, not easy to find in companies these days.
We just installed a new roof and decided to upgrade our more than 20 years gutters. We contacted our original installers, and they provided a fast and accurate estimate. The crew is very professional, accurate, clean, respectful, and ask you if they have any questions. Withing 2 1/2 days, all the gutters were installed. All that we can say is that they did an amazing job. Very satisfied customer.
This company gave me a big sales pitch about using “top-quality materials” and “expert installation.” Don’t fall for it — they completely botched my roof replacement. The shingles don’t line up evenly, there are gaps along the edges, and water is already leaking into my attic after only a few months. After paying thousands of dollars for a new roof, I expected no problems — but my roof leaks worse now than before they replaced it. Every time it rains, water comes through my ceiling in the same spot. I’ve called them more than ten times, and every time they promise to send someone, but no one ever shows up. I wish I had never hired this roofing company. They promised to finish the job in three days, but it dragged on for nearly two weeks with constant excuses about “weather” even when it was sunny. The workers damaged my gutters, trampled my plants, and left a mess of old shingles around the yard. The owner kept saying he would “make it right,” but he never did.
